MAKING EXERCISE ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE
At 1st Step Rehab Fitness our aim is to make exercise accessible to everyone. We were keen to offer our unique approach more widely, not just to those who could attend classes in our local area, which is why we have launched our online membership programme.
If you are living with a long term health condition like Fibromyalgia, COPD, FND, EDS or arthritis, recovering from an injury, hip or knee replacement or a stroke, or just want to get more mobile, then our online fitness programme allows you to exercise when and where you want and at your own pace. We will help you to take your first steps back to exercise and help you to achieve your fitness goals.
You will have access to a series of online fitness videos in which Kamal demonstrates and clearly explains the low-impact exercises, and that you can then work through at your own pace. Kamal will show you three different ways of doing each exercise- seated, standing and lying - so you can choose the one that is right for you.
