GET MOVING

At 1st Step Rehab Fitness our aim is to make exercise accessible to everyone. We were keen to offer our unique approach more widely, which is why we have launched our GET MOVING online membership programme.

If you are living with niggles and aches in your shoulders, knees and back or just want to get more fitter in a safe way, then our online fitness programme allows you to exercise when and where you want and at your own pace. We will help you to take your first steps back to exercise and keep you exercising whilst you to achieve your fitness goals.

You will have access to a series of online fitness videos in which I, Kam,  demonstrates and clearly explains the low-impact exercises that you can then work through at your own pace. I will show you a variety different ways of doing exercise- seated, standing and lying - so you can choose the one that is right for you. It is time to get rid of those niggles before they become a bigger problem.

Here are my FREE 5 Top Tips on how to reduce niggles and aches

Daily Energise

GET MOVING AT YOUR DESK

Learn desk-based exercises and find out how doing them for 15 minutes each day can improve your physical and mental wellbeing.

If you spend most of your working day sitting at a desk you’ll know the toll it can take on your body, especially in terms of neck, shoulder and back strain. And if you work alone, the feeling of isolation can add additional mental strain on top. But by incorporating a few simple exercises, from the comfort of your own desk, into your working day you can avoid these effects and significantly boost your wellbeing.

The 1st Step Daily Energise programme comprises 5 x 15 minute exercise videos - one for every day of the working week. Simply by building one of these exercise sessions into your daily routine you'll relieve and prevent the common aches and pains associated with spending too much time sitting at your desk.

Watch the video for a taster of the sessions and if you like what you see, buy today.

Susan Hammond

I've been attending Kam's 15 minute workout sessions for quite a few weeks now. They're brilliant at getting me moving - I'm a copywriter so spend a lot of time at my desk.
She's also helped me think about the different parts of my body - don't forget your ankles peeps as so easily done when you're not using them much!
