MAKING EXERCISE ACCESSIBLE TO EVERYONE

Does taking that first step back to fitness after an illness or period of inactivity feel overwhelming? Do you panic at the thought of going to a gym and worry they just won’t get what you’re going through?

Well you can stop worrying, because at 1st Step we take a completely different approach to exercise. One that centres around you and what you can do.

With ten years’ experience in the NHS as a rehabilitation assistant, 1st Step's owner Kamal understands the struggles you’re facing and how to help you overcome them.

She will work with you to build your strength, fitness and confidence, so that step by step you can start to enjoy a healthy and active lifestyle.

Saying Kamal is amazing seems an understatement. She’s taken me under her wing. Her support and understanding of my health condition before we even met so she can guide me in the best way is wonderful. She researched to gain understanding and has been the biggest support and makes me smile and laugh every session. I was worried about finding a trainer who can understand my concerns, go at my pace yet help push me that little bit harder and she's it. I couldn’t do it without her!
