We offer individual and small group training sessions, and we tailor a fitness programme specifically to your health condition or injury.
We cover Milton Keynes and the surrounding areas and offer ONLINE sessions.

Taking the first step is often the hardest step of all. So we start off with an informal, 15 minute consultation to find out how we can help. No pressure and no obligation, just a friendly chat (either on the phone or via messaging if you prefer) to learn more about you, your condition and what you want to achieve.
If we don’t think what we offer at 1st Step is right for you we’ll be honest and try and point you in the right direction. But if we think we can help, that’s great and we’ll discuss whether a personal programme or one of our classes will suit you best.

Private, one to one fitness training enables us to create a bespoke programme tailored specifically to your needs and any health conditions you have. We’ll be there to keep you motivated, even when it feels impossible.
The focus is very much on what you can do, rather than what you can’t, and as you gain in fitness and confidence you’ll be amazed at what you are achieving and the difference it makes to your quality of life.
If you and one friend or as a "couple" would all like to step towards rehabilitation and fitness together, then small group fitness training can be fun and supportive.
You are all likely to have different requirements, but don’t worry. Although you will be training together and offering each other mutual support and motivation, you will each have a programme tailor-made to you.
Living on my own it can get lonely at times, so I always look forward to starting the week with a a session with Kamal. It's a real boost for my physical fitness and my mental health.
