A safe and accessible morning of chair based exercise and yoga run by clinical experts.
The morning will be comprised of strength and mobility exercises followed by some stress management and mindfulness techniques.
The whole session can be conducted from a chair and no experience is necessary.
All ages and abilities are welcome
