Due to the current situation with Coronavirus, all 1st Step classes have temporarily moved online. They all continue at the same times as shown in the timetable below.
Now, more than ever, it's really important that we all continue to exercise which is why we are welcoming both new and existing clients to join our online classes. The technology you'll need to join us online is free and surprisingly easy to use, and Kamal will talk you through how to get set up. So we don't loose the important social side of our classes, we've also introduced an additional "coffee and chat session" once a week which is open to all clients, free of charge. It's a great opportunity to keep in touch, have a laugh and help us all to look after our mental health during this challenging time.

Well you can stop worrying because 1st Step exercise classes are a safe space to exercise, where you'll be with people in the same situation as you who understand the challenges you face.
Our low impact exercise classes and seated exercise classes are the ideal way to get exercising and before long you’ll be achieving more than you ever thought possible.
We cover Milton Keynes and the surrounding area, including Bletchley, Fenny Stratford, Stony Stratford and Newport Pagnell

Your first session is FREE so you can give it a try before you commit.
It's a great group! We all have problems with our body. Lovely Kamal, our trainer, just advises... Do what you can, there is always an alternative. If you can't do a particular exercise on the floor, then Kamal advises to do it on a chair. In this class, you can achieve so much, suited to your own ability. I love it, 'cos we do have a giggle as well! Come and join us!
